About

More than one room

The crypto work is real. It just isn’t the whole house.

I design and build protocol software as co-founder and blockchain engineer at Titan Blockchain: node and provider architecture, staking, the incentive layer that has to run correctly — not just sound right in a deck. Before this, software engineering with time in crypto and security-adjacent work. I’ll write the specifics as they’re useful.

Outside the terminal

Languages sit next to programming languages on the same shelf — both are arguments about what should be easy and what should be hard. I travel when I can, and I reset by moving: hiking, running, swimming, snowboarding, whatever the terrain allows. I write to think out loud. I use AI the way I’d use a sharp collaborator — a building partner, not a personality.

How I think

I’m suspicious of anything that only works as a slogan. If an idea can’t survive being explained plainly — what it does, who it costs, where it fails — I don’t think it’s ready. I’d rather understand the plumbing than admire the fixtures, and I’d rather ship something small and honest than announce something large and vague.
